There is no quick fix or magic formula. We are all different, so what works for some people will not work for others. However, there are some general principles that can be used and, hopefully, there is a wealth of information that you can use to help you make sensible choices.
The website is divided into two general sections. One covers healthy eating and the other covers exercise, however, both are equally as important if you want a fit and healthy life.

The other very important ingredient is to have fun. Being fit and healthy will mean that on average you will live longer than an unfit sedentary person, but what is the point unless you are going to enjoy life.
